‘Our Great War Project’ has been launched by Blore Rural District History Society .  Covering the villages of Ashley, Broughton, Croxton, Hales and Mucklestone, the project aims to commemorate the centenary of the Great War by recording as much information as possible about the personal, family and military history of the names on the war memorials in the area.
