Anzac Day Commemorations on Cannock Chase

The sacrifices of the First World War were remembered in an Anzac Day service at Cannock Chase’s military cemetery on Saturday 25th April.

The service was held on the 100th anniversary of the start of the ill-fated Gallipolli campaign, which claimed the lives of thousands of Australian and New Zealand soldiers.
